• Dorsal Column Stimulation for neuropathic pain and RSD.


• Cancer pain management which includes intrathecal narcotic pumps, stereotactic cordotomy, DREZ lesioning


• Management of facial pain or spasms by:

Percutaneous trigeminal rhizotomy
Percutaneous trigeminal balloon compression
Posterior fossa microvascular decompression

Future therapies will include:

• Focused radiotherapy


• Deep brain stimulation
